Tayo is the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) and founder of Alternatio Navitas. He has over 20 years experience in financial services (Mortgages, unit trust and pensions), property development and renewable energy in West Africa and the United Kingdom.

He is responsible for driving the development of the and execution of the organisations long-term strategy With a background in Demography & Statistics, he served in senior positions in Kable Halsey in the City of London, Royal Life, Legal & General where worked with a specialist team that handled the Westminster Council roll out of the ‘Right to Buy Scheme’ which involved mortgage placements for all of Westminster Council properties on Offer and as the Managing Director, House of Rachael Properties from 1996 to 2011 with a Portfolio in Property Development, Commercial and Residential in North/ North West/West London

Before founding Alternatio Navitas he was the also the Managing Director of Banksome Renewable Energy: from 2012 to 2015 where he was responsible for Energy Conservation Drive, Renewable/Off Grid Energy Generation, Energy Storage & Alternative Energy Solutions in the West Africa Region.
